Unfortunately, Windows 10 is not an operating system in the sense that previous versions of Windows were. Microsoft has turned it into a marketing device. They are not the first to abuse their users in this manor. You have Apple's app store and itunes music store, and Amazon's Kindle is in reality a marketing device. All marketing devices first, operating systems, or ebook readers second.
Then you have Cortana, Microsoft's automated voice sales person. Again, not the first. That would be Apple's Siri automated voice sales person. And Windows search box, previously designed to search your computer, now designed to search Microsoft's Store first. And Window's Update, in previous versions used to fix security issues, now primarily used to install lame apps connected to Microsoft's store.
Fortunately, there is a fee tool, called 10AppsManager, that will help you uninstall Store apps on Windows 10. It does not require an install, simply extract the contents of the downloaded 10AppsManager zip file. In the folder created by the file extraction, run the .exe file (10AppsManager.exe). Then, in the application's windows, click on the icon for the app you wish to uninstall.
You can download the tool from the TheWindowsClub website at 10AppsManager. It's always recommended that you create a system restore point before making any changes to your system.
